SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA: Data related to racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, political opinions, union membership, or membership in a religious, philosophical, or political organization, health or sexual life data, genetic or biometric data when linked to a natural person.
DATA SUBJECT/USER: A natural person who provides personal data to Tremembé Química in certain situations: browsing the website, social media, supplier registration, those interested in information, and job applicants.
COOKIES: Information files stored on your computer or mobile devices through the internet browser. These files allow a website to “remember” actions and preferences on behalf of the USER SUBJECT for a period.
COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
- We collect personal data in the suppliers’ area, such as contact name and email.
- Name and email when contacting us via emails: tiq@tiq.com.br and vendas@tiq.com.br
- We also store and process data in the resumes sent by candidates.
- In consented cookies: Information such as IP address, type and version of browser, type and version of the operating system, geolocation information, etc.
USE OF PERSONAL DATA
- Supplier data is used solely for commercial purposes.
- Data received from contact emails, according to their purpose, which will be informed by the sender.
- For commercial purposes and page promotion.
SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA
There will be transmission and communication of personal data between Tremembé Química departments, with access by designated employees whenever necessary to enable the purpose of the collection.
RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Supplier data will be kept as long as it is being used for commercial transactions.
Data from those interested in information, through emails, during the necessary period to meet the requested.
Candidate data will be kept for 12 (twelve) months, from the email submission of the CV.
Additionally, Tremembé Química affirms that it will maintain all technical means at its disposal to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access, and improper appropriation of personal data. However, note that, circulating data on an open internet network, it is not possible to eliminate the risk of unauthorized access and use, so the user should program appropriate security measures for website navigation.
